Educational Programs. Members receive preferred rates to attend the 54 hours of educational programs provided each year by the CVMA.
 
Legislative Program. CVMA represents the veterinary medical profession at the State Capitol, lobbying on issues that affect veterinarians.
 
Publications. The CVMA Report is a quarterly newsletter to keep members informed about veterinary issues and activities in the state.
The Annual Membership Directory puts member contact information, important government listings and those of related public and private sector referral institutions within easy reach.
 
Complaint Resolution. Facilitate communication between dissatisfied clients and member veterinarians in an effort to resolve concerns in a fair and equitable manner.
 
Resources and Website: CVMA members receive free information on a variety of issues including veterinary law and ethics, medical records, state regulations, internet pharmacies and disaster preparedness. Members have access to the “members only” section of the CVMA website.
 
Free Advertising: CVMA members can place classifieds or be included in the relief veterinarian listings in the CVMA Report without charge.
 
Client Referral Services: When clients contact CVMA or visit our website, we promote CVMA member veterinarians in their area.
